A physician patient relationship is only established when you have completed a formal consultation with Dr. Saltzburg, she has reviewed your health history and clinical information, and you have entered into a treatment agreement with Pique Vitality.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Individual results from any service, treatment, therapy, or protocol offered by Pique Vitality — including but not limited to hormone therapy, peptide therapy, hair restoration, injectables, laser skin treatments, and women’s health services — will vary based on individual health status, genetics, adherence to treatment, and other factors outside our control.

3. Telehealth Services & Geographic Limitations
Pique Vitality delivers personalized telehealth care to patients across multiple states where Dr. Saltzburg is actively licensed.
Certain treatments, including some prescriptions, are subject to additional regulatory requirements and are offered only in jurisdictions where appropriate licensure and DEA registrations are maintained.
Patients must be physically present in an eligible state at the time of consultation and are responsible for confirming their location prior to receiving care.
In accordance with state and federal regulations, Pique Vitality reserves the right to modify or decline services as required.

4. Compounded Medications
Pique Vitality may prescribe compounded medications through licensed compounding pharmacies as part of individualized treatment plans determined by Dr. Saltzburg. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy to meet the specific needs of an individual patient. Compounded medications are NOT FDA-approved. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug  Administration for safety, efficacy, or quality in the same manner as FDA-approved drugs.

Compounded medications are prescribed at the clinical discretion of Dr. Saltzburg based on your individual medical evaluation and are not available as standardized consumer products. The availability of any specific compounded medication is subject to applicable federal and state law, including regulations governing 503A compounding pharmacies and any applicable drug shortage determinations.

5. Off-Label Use of FDA-Approved Medications
Physicians are legally permitted to prescribe FDA-approved medications for uses other than those specifically approved by the FDA. This is known as off-label prescribing and is a standard, lawful, and widely accepted practice in medicine. Dr. Saltzburg may recommend FDA-approved medications for off-label indications when clinically appropriate and supported by medical evidence.

The fact that a medication is prescribed off-label does not mean it is experimental or unsafe. Off-label prescribing decisions are made at Dr. Saltzburg’s clinical discretion based on your individual health evaluation.

6. Before-and-After Images & Patient Photographs
Before-and-after photographs displayed on this website are of actual patients who have provided written consent for their images to be used. These images represent individual outcomes and are not a guarantee of results. Outcomes vary by patient and are influenced by factors including age, health status, skin type, hair type, adherence to treatment protocols, and individual biology.

Images have not been digitally altered to misrepresent results.
