3A. Telehealth Geographic Limitations

Pique Vitality provides telehealth services to patients located in states where Dr. Lauren Saltzburg, D.O., holds
an active medical license. Telehealth consultations for general wellness and non-controlled substance services are available in 30+ states. Prescribing of controlled substances via telehealth is limited to states where Dr. Saltzburg holds an active DEA registration, currently Florida, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and California. This list is subject to change. It is the patient’s responsibility to confirm eligibility at the time of scheduling.

 

4. User Accounts & Payment 

If you schedule services or purchase memberships, you agree to provide accurate information for billing and communication. 
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

 

5. Privacy & Data Handling

8A. Compounded Medications

Pique Vitality may prescribe compounded medications through licensed compounding pharmacies as part of individualized patient treatment plans. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or manufacturing quality in the same manner as commercially approved drugs. Compounding is performed at licensed 503A pharmacies under applicable state and federal regulations. All compounded prescriptions are issued at the individual clinical discretion
